Job Details
I have an opportunity working as Sales Manager for the DACH region for a specialties manufacturing company that research, develop, manufacture and sell polymers and synthetic rubbers mainly for automotive applications, so you will be supplying both direct to OEMs and also serving Tier 1 companies in the industry, meaning that you will come into a huge range of companies and industry specialists in the automotive sector, allowing to build a very strong network for yourself.
You will be responsible for sales across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and will be managing the sales team, helping to develop new business and creating new clients relationships and accounts and helping to manage the product lines for the whole of Europe, so there is a huge amount of scope in the role, giving you a lot of room to have a direct impact on the business.
The company you will be working for are a market leader in the synthetic rubbers industry, and they have offices and manufacturing facilities in Europe, Asia and the Americas, so as a sales professional there is a lot of scope to step into more senior sales roles with more international exposure.
My client is looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Extensive Sales Experience
- Specialist Knowledge of the Rubbers Market for Automotive Applications
- Chemistry Degree
- Previous line management experience preferred
- Fluent German and a good level of English
