Job Details
Our client is looking for a scientist in upstream development to help them achieve their goal of becoming a global leader in their field. They have a lot of drive to get to where they want to be and will help all their employees to do the best they can so that they might be able to do a lot better and potentially earn a promotion.

Job requirements:
PhD in biochemistry, biotechnology, biology or related with relevant hands-on experience (preferably from industry) in the abovementioned areas and expert knowledge in one of the fields (chromatography, UF/DF, virus removal, formulation, scale-up, biochemical characterization)
Experienced with the Äkta system and Unicorn software (HTP liquid handling tools would be an asset)
Working experience in the application of DoE and QbD principles
Ability to judge impact of process changes to product quality (mAb)
Very good command of English, German highly beneficial
