Sales and Training Expert - Dermo-cosmetics - Germany

My client is a French dermo-cosmetics company, currently looking for new colleagues within the sales department. What makes this job even more exciting is that it will not only involve sales but also product training, so you will be responsible for expanding my client's market and also training your clients on how it should be used.

This role will give you the chance to join one of Europe's leading dermo-cosmetics brands with one of the strongest growth rates. They work in collaboration with biologists and dermatologists with more than 50 international patents.

There are positions available across Germany - from South to North and West to East.

Responsibilities:

- Support and development of existing customers and in your area.
- Provide training for the pharmacy team and dermatologist
- Customer acquisition and implementation of new products.
- Implementation of merchandising actions and optimization of product availability.
- Implementation of marketing strategies and activities in the outlets.

Requirements:

- PTA or cosmetics consultant /or similar training/
- 2-5 years of professional experience in the field as a product or sales management, ideally in pharmacy sales or training
- Sales-oriented mindset, flexibility and willingness to travel
- Communication skills and negotiation skills
