Pharma QA Manager / Swiss Famous Company - Switzerland

This Swiss based company located in St Gallen is now looking for a Quality Assurance Manager with previous experience in validation, to manage and developp the manufacturing process of their OTC products (powders, solid dose, gels..).

This small company produces a wide variety of product, which will certainly make your days a lot more interesting, but will also teach you new skills. You will find the environment to be really friendly, and your daily routine will be a lot more fun than it used to be.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating the operations between the departments, your responsibility will be to ensure that products, systems and facilities are in state of sustainable compliance with the requirements of cGMP and regulatory authorities.

You will advise the management team, but you will also be responsible for all quality matters related to the activities performed in the production, and validation during the development of the product.

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years experience in Pharma or Biotech companies.
• Excellent knowledge of GMP, SOP, CAPA.
• Experience in Validation is a plus
• Previous exposure in Regulatory Affairs is a benefit.
• Flexible, dynamic professional.
• Well-organized and detailed oriented professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• German speaker mandatory
