Sales Representative - Growing Start up in Medical Automation & Pharma

Market leader in Europe for pharmaceutical packaging solutions has created a new position of Sales Specialist to Manage leading accounts in Germany (pharmacies and business centres).

The company supplies the European Pharmacies with automation solutions for patient specific medication distribution which increase medication adherence and reduces health care cost.

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for the sales organisation in the country. Most of the work time is scheduled for operational Sales-tasks (meeting doctors, surgeons, pharmacies, hospital CEOs and Key Opinion Leaders). You will be developing strong business relationships and managing your own territory. Since it is the start up, there will be chances to go into management roles much quicker than in a well established organisation.

Skills required:

• Motivation, Organisational skills
• 5 to 7 years sales experience in medical devices or pharma
• Experience selling to hospitals
• Good English is mandatory, native German required.
