Director of Informatics Platforms, Chemistry

P&L responsibilities for chemistry applications including ChemDraw, ChemOffice, Lead Discovery, Material Registration and Inventory. Develop and maintain on over-all roadmap for chemistry software product line. Ensure all investments have appropriate ROI profile and enabling data-driven decisions as to balance of investment across market areas. Maintain scientific leadership for ChemDraw and integrate ChemDraw more fully into the overall commercial and workflow strategy. Commercially innovate around ChemDraw including partnerships and market bundles. Develop and maintain overall go-to-market plan for chemistry applications.

Key Accountabilities:

- Achieve detailed familiarity with Informatics’ SGS and AOP objectives

- Develop business plan to achieve growth ChemDraw business of >10% annually

- Develop business plan to achieve substantial growth in chemistry applications area

- Create appropriate sense of urgency around potential gaps in plans

- Rapidly facilitate development of remediation strategies

- Manage regular review process for roadmap decisions

- Manage regular review process tracking ROI across portfolio

- Lead operational team to deliver market enablement to sales organization
