I am currently recruiting for a Senior Microbiologist to join my client, a well-established international pharmaceutical company leading in the development of OTC and Generics products. The company is a well established CMO with sites across Europe and this role can be filled at any site, which offers great flexibility and an international work environment. You will be joining one of the specialist companies in the field, which will give you the opportunity to grow professionally and to expand your portfolio experience. You will be provided with excellent training and will gain invaluable skills, which will undoubtedly enhance you professionally.

Your main responsibilities in this role will be to:

*Travel internationally, visiting different manufacturing sites and assuring all validations and re-validations are completed in a compliant manner

*Perform microbiologically required tests

*Work and collaborate closely with the site management

*Perform calibration checks on all analytical equipment
*Assist with housekeeping duties
*Prepare buffer solutions and reagents
*Recognise deviations and escalate following site procedures and investigations

Your profile:

*Education: Scientific Degree (molecular biology and/or medical analyses)
*Experience: 3+ years experience as a Microbiologist ideally in Manufacturing

*Knowledge and understanding of GMP, Quality, and Health & Safety processes is required.

*Fluent English and French
*PCR and Microbiology knowledge

Location: You could be based in company`s affiliates in either Spain, Italy, Greece or Netherlands

Travel internationally: 50%

Salary: Depending on location and experience between €40-65,000 plus health and social benefits
