The opportunity we offer is unique. We founded a Training Academy in Prague to give our future consultants 360 degree training which provides you with every skillset you'll ever need as you progress your career in commercial recruitment. You will start as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/ Headhunter and, from day one, you will learn about empathy, communication, the sector industry in which you will specialise, sense of urgency, business negotiation, advert writing, head hunting and other skillsets. The training will give you a solid base to launch your professional Headhunting/Commercial Recruiting career. Once you have the foundation (it usually takes between 2 to 4 months) you'll become a Junior Consultant - that's when you start establishing yourself in the client market. We work with large, well-known blue chip companies, through mid-size businesses to small consultancies. You'll be developing your market, getting to know clients, building long-lasting relationships with them as well as intimately understanding their recruitment requirements. Every consultant has their own market to develop and the roles within that. You'll develop your specialisation in your chosen field, quickly becoming the go-to consultant in that field.

Within 5 to 10 months of joining our Training Academy in Prague you should be at the stage where you can choose from which location you'd like to work. The offices you can choose from are really attractive - London (Canary Wharf), Zug (Switzerland), Portsmouth or you can stay in Prague. We want our people to be where they want to be. With our focus on DACH region expansion, we're looking to open a German office and you could be involved in setting that up too. The position will give you a chance to develop your soft skills in business sales, negotiation, listening, advertising and other transferrable skills. Beside personal development we offer great career progression. A potential career path could be starting as a Trainee then moving to Junior Consultant to Recruitment Consultant (usually achievable within 1 year) then becoming a Team Leader of your own team or Sales Manager. Even Associate Director is within reach if put the work in. Our plan is to grow NonStop to 600 employees within 3 years (we currently have approx. 200) and we need ambitious people to be our future leaders.
