The Lead HRIM Analyst role is responsible for collaborating with the global HR community, IT and business teams in the support and delivery of global HR information systems, data reporting and analytics, and HR business processes. This position provides front line systems support to the HR community, leads the design and delivery of business process improvements, governs data quality, and participates in the implementation of new Human Capital Management modules and functionality.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to participate as a key team member in the expansion of Human Capital Management systems and establish a globally integrated suite of HR applications.

Responsibilities
  • Performs SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Talent Management Suite super user administration activities. Establishes and adheres to data management and business processes.
  • Works closely with HR process leaders in the preparation and execution of compensation and performance planning cycles.
  • Performs issue analysis, gathers and documents functional business requirements, recommends solutions, engages super user community and mid-level managers in decision making, and drives issues to closure based on agreed priority.
  • Establishes strong working relationships with the global HR community, leverages strong communication skills to understand business needs and issues.Leads enhancement request prioritization and communicates plans to the global HR community.
  • Participates in major system implementation projects and independently leads moderately complex projects. Creates and executes well designed test plans and scripts.
  • Prepares compliance, benefits and management reporting. Advances HR metric reporting and dashboards using a variety of platforms and tools. Assists management and HR leadership with analyzing data to support business decisions.
  • Assists users in addressing data management needs with the goal of keeping the HR system information accurate and up-to-date.Governs data quality by establishing processes and instruction to the HR community, conducts routine data audits and provides feedback to data owners. Oversees more complex data management processes within the HR system such as organization changes and mass record updates. Coordinates with manager, IT, and the HR leaders to plan and implement organization structure or other configuration changes in the HR system.
  • Oversees system interfaces. Trains users in the management of these interfaces and provides back-up, as needed. Leads the development of new interfaces and participates as a key member of payroll integration efforts. Diagnoses interface issues and coordinates correction activity as appropriate.
  • Participates as a core team member in the HR system-related planning and implementation for acquisition and divestiture of businesses.
  • Maintains user guides, standard operating procedures, business process procedures and other user support materials.
  • Performs security administration within the HR system in order to provide access to users in accordance with their authority and in compliance with audit and other internal policies.
  • Participates in other projects to deliver departmental and corporate initiatives.
