Toxicologist Manager - Pharmaceutical & OTC products

Working as Toxicologist for a major health care multinational, this is a senior function with not only technical input but also leading a team within the Product Safety unit. Working for not only a major supplier for health care but also consumer goods, you will be provided with a broad function and position. This is an organisation that encourages entrepreneurial spirit. This is a great opportunity to either MOVE INTO MANAGEMENT AND BE TRAINED or utilise your existing management experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be exposure to multiple areas mentioned. This is a position not just restricted to OTC.

Working within the area of human health and mammalian toxicology, you will support the risk assessments for a global product range. This position will have exposure to global regulations such as Conduct California Prop 65 Assessments

Working in a cross category product role, you will manage all safety trials / tests in support of product registration as well as manage all toxicological tests. This is related to pharmaceuticals and healthcare as well as OTC. Medical devices is also possible.

As the Product Safety Toxicologist you will be the on site expert of mammalian toxicology issues.

Qualifications:

Educated to degree level preferably within Toxicology. Other scientific related degrees are welcome.

A proven toxicologist with experience in healthcare / pharmaceuticals or OTC. Medical device toxicology experience is welcomed but not a core requirement

Management experience would be ideal BUT is not necessary. This is suited for somebody who has technical expertise within healthcare or OTC risk assessments and therefore can be trained on the softer skills
