Business Development Manager-Expanding Chemicals Company

I am currently working with a Chemicals Distribution and Manufacturing Company that are currently in a phase of organic growth, so they are re-investing heavily in the business with the aim of building new national markets across Europe, allowing them to broaden their scope and expand their revenue streams.

The company are therefore looking for a new Business Development Manager with strong experience in the industry and ideally a good pre-existing network in the German market. They have had significant success in Southern Europe so far as a result of the quality and competitiveness of their products in the market, so you know will be working with a range which you can rely on to help ensure you succeed in building their commercial market.

My client manufacturers and develops fluoropolymers for the Paints, Coatings and Inks sectors and are one of only 4 companies worldwide that provide with these products to the market, so it's a niche sector where they can actually dominate in the industry, allowing them to become the market leader in the next few years.

My client is looking for someone with the following key attributes:

• Extensive knowledge of the Coatings market in Germany
• Previous experience working with fluoropolymers
• Fluent German and English essential
• Strong Sales and Business Development profile
