The role

The successful appointee will contribute to the Anatomy teaching and research in the School of Biomedical Sciences, and will be responsible for teaching gross human anatomy and histology at an advanced / dissection level for students in a broad rage of programs of study. The appointee will also contribute to the development of innovative approaches to the teaching of Anatomy or other research relevant to the role.

The person

Applicants should have a PhD or other appropriate qualification in Anatomy or a related academic discipline and demonstrated skills in teaching anatomy at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. At the higher levels, the applicant should have a record in development and delivery of Anatomy courses for undergraduate students at a range of levels, and also a demonstrated record in the scholarship of teaching and learning or other research field associate with Anatomy.

Remuneration

These are full-time, fixed term appointments at Academic level B or C.

 The remuneration package for Academic Level B will be in the range $89,458 - $106,232 p.a. plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $104,666 - $124,291 p.a.)

 The remuneration package for Academic Level C will be in the range $109,586 - $126,360 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $128,217 - $147,841 p.a.).
