The Crystallization Lab within the Chemical Engineering R+D Department is seeking highly motivated and technically focused individuals who are looking for an opportunity to develop and scale-up crystallization/precipitation processes designed to deliver desired solid state properties, purity, and yield. This position is largely hands-on with process development performed at scales spanning the range from laboratory scale to multi-kilogram scale in order to understand and ensure the successful scale-up to commercial manufacturing scale.
