The Sr. Specialist – engineering (reliability engineer) is responsible for providing reliability maintenance engineering leadership and support to ensure optimum business performance in equipment, systems, documentation and asset utilization in utilizing, risk based asset management (RBAM), predictive maintenance technologies and lean/six sigma principles.
Qualifications
Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in engineering disciplines
Required Experience and Skills:
•Ten year experience in a Predictive Maintenance or Reliability Engineering role.
•Ability to locate and/or rank problem assets in an effort to improve equipment reliability while lowering maintenance operating costs
•Analytical and problems solving skills with regard to electrical, automation and / or mechanical equipment and their use within a manufacturing process
•Demonstrated experience in Predictive Maintenance Programs and Technologies like Asset Condition Based Monitoring, Infrared Thermal Imaging, Machine Lubrication, Motor Testing, Non Destructive Testing, Precision Alignment and Balancing, Oil Analysis, Vibration Analysis and Ultrasonic Testing.
•Demonstrated use of Reliability analysis tools such as FMEA and RCFA
Preferred Experience and Skills:
•Use of Lean Six Sigma tools and a certification as Green or Black Belt
•Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP)
•SAP
