German Language Trainee International Headhunter

We are actively seeking German speakers to join our graduate scheme, wherein you will be trained to become a skilled recruiter and headhunter, earning £35K OTE (On Target Earnings) in the first year, and £60k OTE in the second year. This is an unbeatable opportunity to rapidly move up the career ladder from Graduate to Manager within 2-3 years.

You will initially start on our training scheme during which time you are fully paid and have the opportunity to earn commission from the very first week.

Following the training which normally takes circa 2 - 4 months, you will then specialise in one specific area of recruitment, building your own network of candidates and clients; your first step to being the best in your field. You will have clear targets set throughout for promotion, and there is always a next step!

Initially starting at our office in central Prague, you will be able to relocate to any of our offices including Canary Wharf in London, Portsmouth on the South Coast of the UK, or Zug in Switzerland. Perhaps you want to start up a new office somewhere else? We are actively growing and there is the possibility for you to do so in a location f your choice.

Having grown by 100% in the last few years, we are around 150 staff, and are actively growing by a planned 20 new recruiters per month which we are already achieving.

We are looking for motivated, driven candidates, ideally with a knowledge of German, French, Italian, Dutch, or other European languages, who are keen to learn and to use their language skills.
