QA Director, Virtual Pharma, Strategic Role

Senior level position for a fast growing and successful start up who are currently further developing their product pipeline. They have a range of niche rx products on the market and are looking to further develop their internal QA team.

The key to the role will be to provide strategic oversight to QA of external providers as well as hands on support to more junior members of the team. Hence overall it will cover both corporate QA such as product evaluation, GDP, QMS and SOPs and external QA such as Audits, technical transfer and RP activities.

Technical hands on experience is a must and with experience in a corporate or virtual QA environment. Your role will be a key link for upper management and non technical stakeholders to the QA activities of the company. The company is very international with communications across countries, particularly the US.

Key Requirements:

• Over 10 years experience in Pharmaceutical QA (We cannot consider candidates with a largely medtech background)
• Experience dealing with complex products (small molecules)
• Hands on technical experience
• Hands on experience in corporate QA
• Experience in multiple countries
• Fluency in English
