Analytical Scientist- Drug Delivery Technology - Netherlands

Salary: 40.000-60.000 euros per annum, negotiable

A small specialist company developing drug delivery technology for major pharmaceutical companies is currently looking for a scientist with a background in analytical chemistry for polymers. This is a great opportunity for any scientist looking to develop a career in the pharmaceutical industry and work on highly innovative drug delivery technology, which can offer a more convenient alternative for patients.

As an analytical scientist you will be responsible for the analysis of various polymer based therapeutic formulations using NMR, GC, and DSC. You will also work on method development and validation and qualification, which will give you relevant exposure GMP compliance regulations. The company is small and highly specialist, which allows you to work closely with other departments as well including production for scale up and quality control for compliance and testing.

The client is looking for someone with a background in organic chemistry and experience with relevant analytical chromatography techniques for polymers. Fluent English is import and Dutch is not required as the company offers an international and open work environment.
