RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help build a pan-European Technical Support Strategy
- Develop FM MP Technical Services as a key part of our value added proposition on the market, towards all channels and key customers
- Be responsible for Training Curriculum & Technical Communication that consist out of online, offline technical training and support tools (Photo & Video-creation, News section, FM Campus newsletter & Social media on the FM Campus platform)
- Manage the technical online platform F-M Campus and develop it as a reference technical resource centre
- Help & Support the Trade Marketing Field Teams in EMEA & Technical Services Field Teams contacting end users : supporting their visits, workshops & field seminars
- Support the Federal Mogul regions in EMEA in their technical needs by supporting their local shows, events and promotions
