Head of Development Lab - Building Chemicals
My client, a global giant within the construction industry is currently looking to appoint a new Head of their Research and Development laboratory.
Specialising in products for the construction sector this company serve some of the biggest companies in the market, providing high quality, premium products. With the reputation that they have gained my client no operates across the globe and is constantly expanding.
The role:
From concept to commercialisation you will coordinate research and product development to ensure the best results are achieved across the board. Leading a team of around 7-10 people consisting of chemists and technicians you will have the opportunity to coach a young enthusiastic team whilst reaping the rewards of progression and a competitive package.
Requirements:
- Chemistry background
- Working within R&D for at least 2 years for the construction chemical market
- Strong understanding of cement formulations
- Eligible to work within the EU
- Willingness to travel
