My client specialises in the construction industry and are currently looking to appoint a new experienced Head to their QC and QA department. This position is open because the previous person was promoted internally. Which just shows how this could be the best move of your career.

Specialising in products for the construction sector this company serve some of the biggest companies in the market, providing high quality, premium products. With the reputation that they have gained my client now operates across the globe and is constantly expanding.

Main tasks of the position:

- Managing QA and QC functions ensuring objectives are completed on time

- ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001

- Liaise with external suppliers

- Report on quality management systems and raw material products

- play a leading role in the personal development of direct reports

To be considered you should have:

• Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment (construction industry is preferred)
• Successful track record of coaching and leading a team within QC and QA
• in depth knowledge of iso9001 and 14001 & 18001
