An interesting position focusing on formulations development of coatings for decorative coatings including indoor and outdoor applications working with B2B and B2C companies that their sell their products to the construction and consumer markets. As part of the development team you will be developing coatings to suit these distributor's customers, which will include a wide variety of applications, allowing you to broaden your knowledge.

You will be working as Lacklaborant as part of the Research and Development, working as a team of 5 to develop new formulations. In addition, you will be working closely with the sales team to advise them on the product range technically to help them to advise customers.

Responsibilites:

• Close collaboration with Applications Engineers and Sales Team
• Development and Formulation of new Coatings recipes
• Working with customers on site to advise them on application specific products

Requirements:

Training as a Lacklaborant or Lacktechniker
• Over three years Formulations experience of Coatings for Wood and Metal Applications
• Knowledge of purchasing preferred but not essential
• Fluent German and a good level of English
