Quality Investigations Manager - Varied work

My Client, a reputable Global Pharmaceutical Company, are seeking a Quality Investigations Manager to join their global QA team. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with a desire to progress their career within Quality.

This will be an interesting and varied position, where you will be required to use your own initiative to prepare and review investigation reports for submission to relevant authorities. You will need to be naturally inquisitive, a great communicator and have a desire to share your skills and best practice throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• You will need to prepare and review investigation reports for submission.
• Gather and deliver monthly Quality reports to the organisations general council.
• You will be required to deliver GxP Audits in support of Global Quality.
• Act as the main liaison between the incident management committee quality coordinator and the designated individual within the quality group.
• You will be responsible for managing and collecting metrics (KPI's) to access the level of compliance and target areas of improvement associated within product complaints.

Key Attributes Required:

• A BSc degree, higher or equivalent.
• Must have GMP experience in the Pharma industry (knowledge of other GxPs would be advantageous).
• Extensive experience of leading and documenting complex investigations.
• Proven experience in generating metrics and KPI reports.
• Demonstrable experience managing QMS (quality management systems).
