HR Partner - Innovative - Biotech-Surrey
Do not miss out on this unique HR management role with a world growing Biotech company! Our client is currently looking for a human resources partner to join their team in the UK. You will have a development and can progress to a Business Unit Manager role within few years. This is a fantastic opportunity for a human resources professional looking to develop their career across the full life cycle.
On this role you will be supporting the Head of HR and will be responsible for both the strategy and hands on aspects of HR. A global role with the prospects of working with a range of sites and on an international scale.
As the HR manager in this role your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
* Supporting line managers in underlining and implementing HR procedures
* Provide expert advice on HR related issues
*Manage contracts, contractual changes, notice periods
* Play a key role in the day to day HR tasks, from on boarding to training
*HR communications, job specification updates
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
* HR background, ideally with CIPD qualification
* Prior experience in the Healthcare industry will be a strong advantage but not a must
* Good knowledge of the English HR legislation
