Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Headhunter - International Company - Start in Prague - European Locations

NonStop Recruitment is a well-established (over 16 years on the market) commercial recruitment organisation working with mid to senior management (candidates) and companies (clients) in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Chemicals, Engineering, IT, Social Care, Education and Digital industries. We cover the European market including the UK, Nordics, France, BeNeLux region and Italy; and we're now focusing on the already well-developed DACH region - the potential is unlimited so we are on the lookout for German Speakers to join us.

Every new Head Hunter starts in our Training Academy in Prague. We are located centrally in Danube House - some of you may know the location from Casino Royale (the first five minutes of the film). Prague offers a Western-European standard of life with Eastern prices. Here at NonStop we live very internationally in this cosmopolitan city. We have our own football team, themed parties and events, we are almost 20 different nationalities and we like to get together to go for street festivals, food markets or weekend trips to nearby countries like Austria (Tyrol), Germany (Saxony and Berlin) or Poland (Krakow). Prague has its own beach that is a popular spot for us to hang out in the summer (see http://www.zlutelazne.cz/en) In Prague there are a lot of international companies attracting multilingual people which gives a great vibe to this city.

The job itself is very varied and challenging. You'll learn how to become a professional Head Hunter. You will be the middle man between your clients (commercial companies) and candidates, using a lot of communication, negotiation, developing a sense of urgency and a commercial mindset. You will learn about advertising, head hunting, sales and the industry sector you'll specialise in. The idea is that once you get to Junior Consultant level (usually 2 to 4 months) you will be establishing yourself in the market and with time you will become a specialist in your own market. To give you an idea of what a market is two examples are: the Pharmaceuticals Industry and German Regulatory in Switzerland. It may sound super complicated - but this is what you will be learning in our Training Academy in Prague so don't worry.

Once you achieve certain level of performance (usually 5 to 10 months) you have freedom of movement within our office locations including London (Canary Wharf), Zug, Portsmouth or you can stay in Prague. With our focus on DACH region expansion, our next office that we are targeting to open will be in Germany - you could be involved in helping us open it.
