Non Stop Pharma is cooperating with a multinational company which is more than a worldwide ingredient manufacturer.

It's a laboratory, a researcher, a resource and a partner to its customers. From animal health to human nutrition, customers come to it for answers and solutions.

To further support its ambitious growth, the company is looking to recruit an ambitious Senior Supply Chain Specialist to be based in Cavriago, Italy.

The candidate we're looking for will need a min. of 5 years experience in supply chain (import-export) with equivalent or equal experience in purchasing. In order to communicate with the stake-holders abroad, a fluent English, both spoken and written is required.

We're looking for a customer focused, result oriented and team playing fellow.

The candidate will refer exclusively to the Operations Manager located in Belgium. This will allow the candidate to work autonomously, managing its own duties and giving him/her full responsibility of the role.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Purchasing:

• Responsible for overall purchase administration and processes
• Responsible for daily supply- & service operations
• Control of purchase requests
• Responsible for purchase key performance indicators

Logistics:

• Manage the logistics and delivery service activities of finished goods.
• Manage the stock of finished goods and the related warehouse activities.
• Ensure appropriate inventory levels in order to meet the objectives on Stock Turn Rate and Customer Service. Maintain inventory control parameters and -systems
• Develop, implement, follow up and improve the logistics and delivery working procedures in line with market expectations, ISO 9002 standard and legal requirements (customs, import/export regulations).
