Job Details
My client, a life-sciences firm with over 6.000 employees worldwide, are looking for a senior legal professional to join them for a unique opportunity to build and set up en entire legal function within the Swiss affiliate of the business.
In this interfacing role, you would be the main point of contact with HR, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance when it comes to contractual issues and/or agreements. You would be leading the executive management team with the intention of building a department around you.
It is seldom that opportunities like this are available. If you are the type of candidate that is looking for a challenging role where you would be adding massive value to a business, then this is the role you have been looking for. After a year of working with this company as a supplier, I can say that they are a fantastic and reputable business to work for and I have only ever heard positive feedback from candidates in the past.
Successful applicants for this position must have a strong legal background and experience in the industrial sector (life-sciences/technical preferred) and previous experience as senior legal/general counsel. Management experience would be desired and if you have built or setup a function in the past then this would be a bonus. Fluent German and English is a must with French being advantageous.
