Principal QC Analyst - Lead a Team

This role is a Principal senior scientist focusing on Liquid injectable, you will act as the subject matter expert for my client as be point of call on all subject matters regarding the development of new products.

This includes stability testing and validation in support of the project/manufacturing. You will be part of the leadership team assisting in the day to day running on the analytical laboratory; also ensuring incoming materials are in compliance to GMP/GLP standards.

You will be one of the senior members of the team; you will be given the responsibility of having direct reports in the group. This gives you the skill set expansion of people management without the pressure of running a department.

Ideally for this role I am looking for candidates with:

• At least 4 years of QC Analytical experience
• Sterile injectable experience/knowledge is a MUST
• HPLC experience - IS A MUST
• scale up for sterile products
• engineering background
• People management skills - team leading/coaching skills
• GMP manufacturing experience is a must
• Working knowledge of GMP and GLP
• Experience in change control, CAPAs
