Technical Service Manager, PU & Epoxy Coatings, St. Gallen

This is a great role for a technical specialist for PU and Epoxy 2k systems who enjoys customer contact. You will be working closely with customers, advising them on the technical specifications of the products and the relevant applications, providing on-site training and working with the R&D team on custom formulations, so you'll get a lot of input into product development and maintaining customer relationships.

Company:

• Part of a Larger Company with several business covering Coatings, Inks and Adhesives Manufacture
• Develop, formulate and manufacture 2k systems for Automotive related Applications
• Currently expanding into to the UK, French and Nordic markets

Responsibilites:

• Regular travel up to 60% to customers
• Advising clients on the product range
• On-site training of applications teams
• Collaboration with internal R&D teams to advise on new formulations required
• Keeping the sales team informed of potential business leads and opportunities

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in Technical Service
• Good Technical knowledge 2k (polyurethane/resin) coating systems
• Chemistry Degree preffered
• Fluent German
