Senior Director RA/QA - Medical Devices Engineering - NRW

One of my clients, an international leading medical devices company with a new business focusing a on new software incorporated technologies are currently looking for a Director in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance for a fantastic opportunity based near Koblenz. This is a great chance for someone who is looking for a role that is focused on adding value to a business from a strategic and operational perspective. If you enjoy building teams and growing a function then this could be the right position for you.

Managing the Regulatory and Quality team in different locations, this is a senior role where you would be managing all regulatory and quality activities and overlooking protocol and procedures to make sure your department is running smoothly. Furthermore you would be setting up Quality management systems, implementing changes and improvements, and leading strategy meetings in terms of direction of the RA/QA function. In return my client is offering a fantastic salary package with a great benefits structure as well.

Successful Candidates will have:

• 8-10 years minimum experience with class II/III medical devices in Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance
• Experience working with engineering products
• Background in software would be a bonus
• Regulatory Experience in the medical devices
• Solid Quality Assurance background with experience in internal/external audits and QMS
• Risk Management experience (ISO 14971)
• Fluent German and English
