Job Details
I am currently working for an international Automotive client who have the requirement for a Global Competence Development Coach.
In this position you will be actively driving the development of the instructors globally and ensuring that all trainers are ensuring the companies brand and reputation are maintained, essentially "training the trainers"

- Several years experience from B&P Workshop operations and/or Repair.
- Proven experience as a functional leader
- Professional appearance and positive image.
- Be able to cooperate with others.
- Good pedagogical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to develop training material to explain complex technical and non-technical messages.
- Be able to support others on Competence Development.
- Fluent in English, German language is a strong benefit. Other languages will of course also be appreciated.
