Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer - Cosmetics

Our client is a fast emerging and growing consultancy moving away from just being a small family business. With growth in other sectors and markets outside of just FMCG. Taking on some senior figure heads to do so and an aggressive marketing campaign set for 2016, our client looks set to dominate a niche field.

As a Senior Compliance Officer for Cosmetic regulations you will work with external customers and clients to ensure compliance to Cosmetic regulations (1223/2009/EC)

As the Responsible person you will be expected to prepare and compile product information files under Article 11 of the Cosmetic regulation. This will also include working with labelling and ensuring product safety assessments comply with Article 10.

Where required, check registrations of cosmetic submissions to ensure compliance as well as data compiling and supporting the Compliance director.

Customer interaction and supporting the rest of the team in their communication with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Educated to degree level within a scientific field

Cosmetic regulatory experience is essential and a must have. The candidate must demonstrate experience within either compliance towards Cosmetic Regulations (1223/2009/EC) or hands on registrations experience.

Experience working with Product Information Files / PIFs

Those with a background in formulation of cosmetic products and can display the above knowledge will be considered.
