Location: Highfield Campus

Salary:  £47,801 to £60,081 per annum Full Time - Permanent

To deliver the full range of support to our executive team you need to demonstrate strong and proven leadership and the delivery of innovative, viable and sustainable strategic plans against challenging key performance indicators.

As you apply strategic leadership and operational management you will nurture key relationships and deliver a range of efficiency savings to ensure the Faculty meets its sustainability targets.  You will be experienced in challenging established practices and developing innovative solutions.  Driving and managing transformational change, you will ensure that you are constantly surveying changes to the political agenda and providing sound and measured guidance to our executive team on the associated risks.   Crucial to our success, you will demonstrate inspirational leadership, vision and strategic direction to manage the interface between our external stakeholders along with generating new relationships to ensure our students receive an exceptional experience.

Qualified to post-graduate level, for example MBA or equivalent qualification/equivalent experience, you will have experience of being a member of executive board, demonstrate a strong comprehension of the changing political environment in relation to higher education and the NHS.  An experienced leader; successful at managing change in a complex environment, you will be financially astute, a strong communicator, influencer and persuader embracing the need for continuous improvement and efficiencies.
