My client is a world-leading company in diagnostic testing. They are one of the leaders in addressing both the overtreatment and optimal treatment of early-stage cancer. You can take part in one of the greatest issues in healthcare today.
They are currently expanding and are looking for Sales manager to lead the French Sales team in order to maximise national Sales revenue and develop and implement National sales strategy.
You will benefit not only in a challenging position within an international stable company, but also will benefit in adding value to your career on the long term by expanding your professional network on an international level.

Your responsibilities:

-Work closely with the Country manager and French Medical affairs Director
-Coaching and motivating the team
-Driving national sales across the overall territory (selling messages, high-level of customer service, solving complex problems)
-Establish long-term relationships with national Key opinion leaders
-Work closely with American team

Profile:

-Must have Pharmaceutical/Diagnostics sales team management experience(Oncology a plus)
-Track record of National sales
-Experience in working with French KOLs, surgeons, oncologists, pathologists
-Experience in working with clinical research(oncology a plus)
-Life science degree
-Speak fluent English
