This role is a great opportunity to move up into a Medical Writing Manager position within one of the UK's most exciting medical communications companies. Whilst you will continue to write for some key accounts, much of this role will revolve around reviewing the work of junior writers, helping them improve and develop over time. Additionally you will get the chance to get involved in the strategic aspects of the Medical Communications industry, having your voice heard in the upper levels of the company and getting the opportunity to actually make a difference. On top of this you will get involved with establish training programs, targeting areas for improvement and acting accordingly. To be considered for this role it will be necessary to have experience working at Senior Medical Writer level within a medical communications agency.
