SENIOR SCIENTIST - METHOD DEVELOPMENT - Manage a team



Our client is a proven research organisation with a global reach as well as a niche target market. Servicing a range of industries through ownership of a large parent group, they offer job security and breadth of services to offer you a comfortable yet challenging working environment. As a Senior Scientist within LC-MS, you will look to manage a department of 8 and take a hands on approach with Study Directing.

As a Study Director of Method Development, you will work towards GLP compliance and validation. Producing GLP compliance reports, your responsibilities will really be to work direct with clients taking on a hands on and strategic approach.

The group will need your input as a Study Director and develop other team members concerning method development and analysis.

Much of this will also include project management and particularly of agrochemical projects. However, pharmaceutical projects will also be involved.

QUALIFICATION:

A good understanding of method development and general analytical chemistry.
Previous experience of using LC-MS, GC-MS and other commonly used analytical chemistry tools.
At least 5 yrs. Method Development and study director experience.
Technical skills essential with ideally the management experience.
