Product Development Associate - GLOBAL BRAND

I am currently recruiting for one of the biggest global FMCG companies who are looking for scientists to work as part of their product development team on two of their biggest, most successful brands. This is a great opportunity to work with a company who respect and value their staff, aid development of their staff and will allow you to work among some of the best people working in this industry.

For this position my client is looking for candidates who have experience working on product development within an FMCG or medical devices environment. Ideally, you will have experience with project management and product development strategy.

In this position, you will also have one or two direct reports who will work as part of the product development/product performance team.

This is a very strategic role where my client is looking for someone who is able to hit-the-ground running as part of this team and liaise with other departments in the company to move the product development forward. These will include marketing, medical affairs and regulatory affairs. My client is therefore looking for a strong communicator.
