The Process Production Manager oversees the daily manufacturing functions from low to high volume products processed in a controlled cleanroom environment. Individual will be responsible for meeting business goals by developing build schedules, team engagement, manage operations costs, adhere to quality regulations for Class 1 devices, lead continuous improvement projects, and will directly report to the Hopkinton Site Leader and manage a staff of 30 employees across multiple shifts.

- Collaborate with Product Management to set monthly factory build plans for Liquid Crystal Tunable Filter Imagers and high volume Microfluidic Lab on Chip consumables.
- Drive to maintain business metrics such as yields, cost of poor quality, inventory cycle count accuracy, expense budgets, out of box quality, safety, on time delivery to customers, and process KPI’s.
- Recognize customer commitment and drive activity for continued quality improvement.
- Develops department employees through orientation, training, establishment of objectives, communication of rules and policies, while building employee morale and motivation and embrace career development.
- Improve efficiency and capacity through capital expenditure improvements in process and procedures, and as well as continuous improvement activities by leading LEAN kaizen events.
- Administrate and configure the Manufacturing Execution Software System for new and existing products.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with extended groups to address daily activities (Quality, Procurement, other PKI sites, Sales Order Management, Shipping & Distribution, EH&S, Service and Tech Support, Engineering, Product Management, and Facilities).
- Establish key partnership with key OEM customers with regular communication to address quality, technical, delivery topics.
