Undergraduate Senior Student Administrator

The School of Arts supports five vital and lively departments: Music, Film, Theatre, Archaeology and Anthropology, and Philosophy; with student support for the School based at 43 Woodland Road. We wish to appoint a Senior UG Student Administrator to work with the student support team, and the Student Administration Managers. The diversity of the School of Arts, with many practice based departments, makes this an interesting and challenging opportunity for a resilient individual with experience of the student administration process.

The ability to work well as part of the whole team is vital for this role. In addition to a high degree of accuracy and excellent administrative skills we are looking for flexibility, good interpersonal skills, and an ability to negotiate, motivate and communicate. We need our senior administrator to be able to build and maintain co-operative relationships at all levels in the School, Faculty and wider University. You should enjoy working within a team, demanding high standards of yourself and others with a willingness to interact with our students and academics in a confident and friendly manner.
