My client, a world renowned scientific organisation who specialise in providing NMR technology to the clinical and food and beverage markets, are looking for a senior sales specialist to join their global sales organisation.

This is a FANTASTIC and rare opportunity that will have you managing key accounts within the foods business whilst looking to expand on the working relationships. There have been a lot of positive changes within this business and due to expansion they are looking for sales professionals with strong ambition and a "work smart" mentality.

Although this is a sales role focused on key account management, the goal is to really build and develop these relationships, so a "reactive" person would not fit into this position. My client is really looking for proactive sales professionals that can take the initiative to maximise revenue through the business connections they have already established. Their motto is testing the "authenticity" in foods, drinks and making sure that "whats on the label is in the bottle".

What my client is looking for is strong sales experience in the food and beverage field (oils, wine, spirits & chocolate is preffered) with a foundation or theoretical knowledge in NMR technologies. A solid previous sales track record would be important and personality is key in this role. In terms of location, you would be home based but there is also the chance to be office based when you are not travelling (minimum 50%). The site in question would be in the south east of England.

In return my client is offering a fantastic salary and benefits package and a great variable bonus structure. Other benefits are open to discussion.
