Job Details
Job Purpose
To teach and advise on Mathematics at degree and postgraduate taught level, in particular, undergraduate teaching, project supervision, tutorial provision and teaching support as directed by the Head of School. It is anticipated that there will be the opportunity the appointee to further develop their research portfolio.
Person Specification
- • Higher degree relevant to research or teaching area or equivalent qualifications
- • High level analytical capability
- • Ability to design and deliver module materials successfully
- • Ability to assess and organise resources effectively
- • Understanding of and ability to contribute to broader management/administration processes
- • Fluency in relevant models, techniques or methods and ability to contribute to developing new ones
