Marketing Assistant

The purpose of the role is to support the Faculty Marketing Team in all aspects of student recruitment marketing activities for our undergraduate and postgraduate markets. The post-holder will support the Faculty Marketing Team by contributing to the planning, management and delivery of a wide range of campaign activities from all stages of the recruitment cycles (including enquiry generation and conversion) for both the Undergraduate and Postgraduate markets, as well as helping produce and source content  (e.g. news stories, photos shoots) for campaign activity. You will work as part of the Faculty Marketing Team and work closely with colleagues across the University as well as external organisations.

The successful applicant will have experience of working in a marketing function as part of a marketing team.  GCSE English Language and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent) is also essential.  You will need to be able to work pro-actively, using a problem solving approach and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The nature of the role means that there will be a requirement for occasional weekend and evening working.
