Working for a growing Crop protection organisation known as Certis Europe, here is an opportunity as a Marketing Manager to work closely with key decision makers and have exposure to diverse projects,

Certis is known to combines proprietary products from a wide-ranging portfolio. Unique among suppliers to the horticultural, speciality and arable crop sectors. At present the International Business unit is looking to add to its already strong European presence by pushing into development / emerging markets. Part of your position is to help the oragnisation achieve this in strength.

As a Marketing Manager for the international business unit, you will manage all of the marketing areas and use your technical background for general guidelines for local conditions for customers. This will mean handling marketing projects and succeed IB business development by ensuring that all projects are pro-actively managed and have an effective transition from project to business.

Additionally you will provide marketing support and analyzes for IB portfolio in front of customers and internally..

You will work with a wide portfolio, to promote that portfolio and ensuring the Certis strategy is followed. There is assistance of product launches as a result and establish contacts for this to occur.

The position will not only work with Europe but also emerging markets and developing countries.

EXPERIENCE

Agronomist by degree or a science background at degree level.

We seek a candidate with either a strong Technical experience within agrochemicals / crop protection or a strong marketing and project management background.

Ability to lead, manage and achieve multiple projects simultaneously

Capacity to understand commercial and marketing issues/requests

Ability to promote and sell (projects, ideas)

Experience and / or good knowledge of crop protection industries

Field experience, preferably in crop protection and or seeds business.

Creative and able to find alternative solutions

Preferably somebody from a field background within crop protection / agrochemicals

Strong knowledge of Agrochemical products

Ability to travel extensively across Europe. This is a home working position
