We are looking for a Project Manager CSS ASAP.

Main responsibilitites of the role will be:

• May take on Global PM, Multi site or Lead PM for clients.
• Will support the mentoring and training of other PM's in the group and Project Coordinators as needed, and may train other functions in PM process and activities.
• May support or lead PM teams, cross site teams or functional teams in Department, Site or Global PM projects, activities and initiatives.
• To promote continuous improvement in all aspects of the job: Coordination with sales, operations, client services, and QA to ensure the highest level of client service.

What we're looking for:

• Working knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries.
• Working knowledge of Project Management.
• Excellent client facing skills - desire to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Proven communication skills - written and verbal.
• Leadership, negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Programs, including MS Project.
