Provide administrative support to the executive level leaders at the Shelton site. This position will require this individual to act as a liaison between senior management and staff, other departments, customers, vendors and others on behalf of members of the Shelton site leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain calendar and coordinate arrangements. Manage calendars for assigned team members in relation to meeting scheduling and events with other departments, organizations and clients; reserve conference rooms, teleconferences, and make reservations (entertainment, lunches, dinners, etc.). Work to follow-up to ensure that all arrangements are confirmed; assist in meeting preparation by providing appropriate data and information ahead of time; proactively engage with staff to confirm deliverables are completed and meet leadership team's expectations.

Receive and Process mail. Monitor and coordinate, on a daily basis, all mail and correspondence received. Identify items with deadlines or items otherwise requiring the immediate attention and routes items to other department members. Work to follow-up to ensure that high priority items receive attention and action.

Produce Business Reports. As needed or requested, pull together business information from company systems and databases into a report format that provides the team with pertinent information. Work to ensure complete understanding of appropriate systems well enough to extract and customize data and reporting.

Prepare Presentation Support Materials. Develop and produce high quality presentation support materials. Demonstrate high level of proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools to produce materials that are accurate and of high quality. Ability to work directly with internal and external resources to ensure that materials are produced and delivered on time.

Produce Written Correspondence. Ability to read, research and route correspondence; draft letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
