Job Details
- Managing the unidentified accounts for a Faculty.
- Managing and monitoring the age analysis with the Faculty and following up with Debtors where necessary.
- Liasing with the Faculty and various departments to resolve long outstanding invoices and allocating the funds to the correct departments.
- Allocating payments from the unidentified accounts to a customer and ensuring invoice are raised for these payments.
- Assist Financial Aid, Fees and allocated Faculty by clearing of non-Sundry Debtors money from the Unidentified account to the Fees and Financial Aid clearing accounts, by raising invoices timeously and ensuring that funds are correctly processed.
Requirements:
- Accounting Diploma/Degree
- 3 years credit controller experience
- Computer Literate (excel), and experience on an ERP Debtors Module. Oracle experience will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of reconciliations and experience and ability in resolving queries
