Job Details
Fulfilling the revenue & sundry debtors function at CPUT in line with the Institutional financial policies and processes and relevant legislation and regulations
To ensure that debt collection capabilities are maximised in respect of sundry debtors
Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- A National Diploma in Accounting/Internal Auditing/Cost and Management Accounting
- At least three (3) years relevant experience in a Revenue and Debtors environment

Experience in Higher Education revenue and debt management (will be advantageous)
- Ability to take responsibility for projects within the department
- At least two (2) year's supervisory experience
- Experience in Higher Education debt management (will be advantageous)
- Knowledge of ITS (will be advantageous)
Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities
- Sundry Debtors and Revenue management
- Maintain the Fee Structure
- Ensure complete and accurate recognition and recording of Institutional Income from all sources
- Generate financial reports
- Policy and procedures
- Supervision of junior staff
