Our Client based in Zurich Area is currently looking for a Market Access project Manager for 6 months contracts !

Requierement:

eligibility to work in Switzerland/ permit required, current location, salary details, notice period. This role will be office based in Zug so ideally we want candidates already working in Switzerland or those who can obtain permits very quickly.

Main Purpose of Job:
o Develop and implement market access processes and provide technical expertise in reimbursement submissions
o Build and maintain relationships with health economic and other relevant opinion leaders as well as reimbursement agencies such as sick funds in collaboration with the VA&P Senior manager
o Work in collaboration with Head Value, Access & Policy to understand, implement and where possible influence policies to create optimal business environment for Amgen products
o In collaboration with local HEOR Manager responsible for adopting the European market access materials (e.g. value repositories, cost-effectiveness models, budget impact models)
o Provide - in close collaboration with marketing, medical, KAM and sales colleagues - support and guidance to field based activities
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
o As Value Access & Policy Senior Associate, you will be part of the Value, Access & Policy (VA&P) Team and reporting to the Head Value, Access & Policy; you will take primary responsibility for reimbursement of a selection of Amgen products in Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
o Initiate the most effective and timely strategy to obtain market access for products in Switzerland by managing timely preparation, submission and follow-up of pricing and reimbursement files
o Propose and implement the agreed local market access strategy until reimbursement publication and during the life cycle of the product by working closely with R&D, Medical, Marketing & Sales to secure broad product access for Amgen's new and existing product portfolio
o Take leadership of Reimbursement submissions in Switzerland in close collaboration with Medical and Marketing colleagues
o In collaboration with local HEOR Manager value evidence generation in scope of dossiers and publications
o Collect local cost data for the customization of Health economic models
o Map local payers and access influencing networks
o Develop & roll out an engagement strategy with key payers and other relevant opinion leaders (e.g. advisory boards, stakeholders summit meeting) to support market access activities
o Support reimbursement/pricing negotiations with payers
o Provide input for local requirements in the international value dossier & payer plan
o Keep local, EU and global colleagues informed about and seek support on all ongoing submissions


Qualifications:


o Degree in Science with a good sense of business understanding
o 1-2 years of industry-relevant experience in Healthcare environment
o Solid project management skills for multiple tasks/projects/priorities and complex issues to propose innovative solutions
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English. Preferably good verbal communication skills in French
o Strong cross-functional leadership within the organization and ability to drive and influence peers in complex (matrix) organization
o Strong team player
o Ability to steer the team towards objectives and hold peers highly motivated
o Value-based negotiation skills and convincing communication style
Preferred Requirements
o A degree or experience in Health Economics would be an advantage.
o Relationship with key national & regional payers
o Expertise in Oncology would be a strong advantage
