Internal to Coordinating Centre

You will play a vital and active role in the efficient delivery of the core business of the Speciality Cluster. Working closely with the General Manager you will provide flexible administration across the function.

You will provide high level support for national meetings and specifically the administration of the Specialty group meetings within the Theme. This will include arranging suitable dates, venues and refreshments, liaising with the National Clinical Specialty Leads, drafting agendas, determining meeting requirements, preparing and sending out papers and ensuring resulting actions are followed up in a timely fashion.  You will possess excellent organisational and time management skills and attention to detail.

Strong IT and interpersonal skills alongside an ability to work with colleagues throughout the organisation will support you well in this role. The post may involve some travel to meetings within the UK to service and minute meetings.

Funding for this role is currently secured until 31 March 2020.
