NonStop Pharma is cooperating with leading company operating within the healthcare sector. It's the world's number 1 drug development, delivery and supply partner for drugs, biologics and consumer health products.

We're looking for a CI (Continuous Improvement) Leader ASAP, willing to start working in the HQ located in Germany, specifically in Schorndorf.

GERMAN SPEAKERS REQUIRED!

Main responsibilities:

• Identification of CI potentials and fields of action for the continuous improvement of processes and workflows in all divisions
• Management, implementation and monitoring of CI projects at the largest production facility of the company
• Internal training of Green Belts and assistance in the training of Black Belts
• Training and coaching of employees on how to use Lean Six Sigma methodology

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in KVP, Lean, Six Sigma in manufacturing and internationally operating companies
• Certification " Black Belt" (industry specific term)
• Solid knowledge of process analysis and problem-solving methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge in the areas of MS Office, ERP software (JDE) and statistical analysis tools (Minitab)
• Fluency in English and German languages
