Technical Service Manager for Chemical Specialties, Duesseldorf

As Technical Service Manager your responsibility will be to maintain close contact with business customers and get a good understanding of their needs for both production and development, following up with product recommendations from your company's range that will provide the best results at the right price-point which should provide you a high level of satisfaction in your daily work.

Responsibilites:

• Regular travel (up to 50%) to customer sites
• Providing technical advice to business customers on your company's product range
• Sales responsibility for the polyols range
• Advising the R&D team on custom requests

The company you will be working for develop chemical specialities for surface, textile, leather and construction coatings. As a result of exceptional demand for their products and high sales revenues they have experienced strong growth over the last few years which has now allowed them to invest in new staff, meaning that they can service their expanding customer base.

Requirements:

• Training as Lacklaborant or Degree in Chemistry
• 3 years experience in Technical Service or Applications Engineering
• Strong knowledge of 2k (2 component) coatings systems
• German fluent
